Dear
Parent/Carer,
Can you help? Are there any parents who could
possibly help us buy some
sleepers from Foundation Timber Supplies at trade price? Or maybe you have some carpentry skills
for assembling some
planters out of sleepers. If you can
help please contact the school office.
Cello Lessons
Friday the 13th February is an
Inset day. Mrs Moulson has re-arranged her lesson for Wednesday 11th
February. Please ensure
that your child has his/her cello in school on that day.
School
Disco
Your child should have brought home a letter
regarding the school disco. This event
is being held on Tuesday, February 10th. If you do not have a letter
please come to the school office.
Book
Week
On Thursday 12th February, as part of our Book Week celebrations we are asking children to dress up as a book character. Parents are also invited into school that day at 2.30pm to see an exhibition of books that the children have made throughout the week.
Inset

School
Council
The school council has been running for
several years. Each class has two
representatives who meet with Mrs Pellowe on a weekly basis to discuss current
issues. They will then go back to class
and report to the children and seek their views, which are taken back to the school council and then
decisions are made. Some of the decisions in the past have been
about the
new school sweatshirt
and the
Yr3
and Yr5 Curriculum Forecasts
These will be sent out next Friday 6th
February. I apologise for the delay.
Year
5 Netball
Year 5 netball has now finished for this
term.
